Wayne B. Morrell
(b. 1923)
Wayne Morrell was born in 1923 in New Jersey. He attended the Philadelphia School of Industrial Arts studying draftsmanship and commercial art. He worked as a commercial artist and served in the United States Army during the Korean War. Most of his works are impressionist landscapes and murals. He was a member of the American Artists Association and the Rockport Art Association. His art has been in exhibitions at the Butler Institute of American Art, the Columbus Museum of Fine Art, the American Watercolor Society, and the Vermont Art Association.
