Nicholas Vassilachis Takis
(1903-1964)
Nicholas Takis was born in New York City in 1903. He was a painter and sculptor well-known for his abstract sculptures. He studied at The Art Students League of New York, and The New York School of Art. He was a member of Salons of America and Audubon Artists. His works have been exhibited at Audubon Artists, and Salons of America. He died in New York in 1964.
